Project Overview
Toyota’s digital ecosystem lacked a singular vision — managed by multiple stakeholders, sometimes with competing priorities, it lacked cohesion and attention to the end user. I lead a multi-year design effort with a single goal — to streamline and simplify the full Toyota digital experience and make research, buying, owning and repurchasing simple and enjoyable.
